Inukai Family Foundation is proud to award scholarship money to the sons and daughters of those employed by Dick’s Auto Group. In 2013, three scholarships were awarded. Meet Amanda, a very deserving student with a bright future in business.
Amanda graduated from Clackamas High School in the top 4% of her class receiving six scholastic awards. She is now attending Oregon State University, majoring in Business Accounting with a Foreign Language minor in Spanish.
Amanda plans on doing a portion of her college studies abroad in South America as part of the OSU International Student Exchange program.
In her off time from college, she enjoys traveling, hiking and spending time with friends and family. Every year she volunteers her time on spring break by traveling to Ensenada Mexico as part of a church missionary team. There, she helps families and young children in need constructing houses with Habitat for Humanity.
She is very grateful to be a recipient of the Inukai Family Foundation Scholarship.
